Micy came to the US at 16 years old by herself as an exchange student from China. She started her real estate journey in 2019. Her life was never the same when she saw the impact commercial real estate investing can have on others and herself.
That is why she started Life Mission Capital where she helps busy professionals invest in cash flowing commercial real estate so they can focus more on what matters to them. She utilizes her strong networking capabilities to find the experienced sponsor team and leverages her expert analytical skills to underwrite the opportunity to invest alongside her investors.
Today, she owns 158 units across her personal portfolio, passive investments and active investments. She has been focusing on multi-family but is due diligence on other asset classes such as extended stays and self storage.
She also is the founder of the Walmart Real Estate Investment Club at Walmart and is a strong advocate for financial literacy through non-profit organizations like Junior Achievement. Financial literacy is her life mission.
David Monroe, CCIM is a multifamily investor and Strategic Partner and specializes in market analysis, demand/supply analysis, market cycles, feasibility analysis, and teaches that specialty as a CCIM Instructor. David also consults lending options, acquisition and disposition after-tax savings and strategies, and has the unique ability to connect syndicators, sponsors, key principals, and investors together to get deals closed. David was a United States Marine for 11yrs 4mos and 16 days... but who's counting. They instilled into his core values; honor, loyalty, and integrity. His passion and focus are to build strategic partnerships with syndicators, sponsors, and key principals and invest passively to build wealth for his family legacy. David has been a sponsor, JV partner, and passive investor for multifamily syndications. Now he is solely focused on being a Strategic Partner (SP). Lastly David owned a multifamily property management company and gained the education of a lifetime on how multifamily properties operate and what it takes to manage one of these assets. This made him a better investor, broker, consultant, and Strategic Partner.
As of June 2021, David has acquired over 200 units and is in the process of closing more.
Derek has worked in the financial industry for over thirteen years and is currently the Director of Acquisitions, Asset Management and Dispositions for a 36 billion investment group in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Derek underwrites every opportunity to institutional standards and monitors ongoing financials and investment performance for the Fund.
